Gluten-Free Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Sometimes you just want an old-fashioned (read: buttery, chewy, doughy) chocolate chip cookie. You know exactly what I mean by that; the incomparable taste & feel of a traditional version of said cookie. Warm, gooey, melty goodness.
